HuYu

HuYu was a mobile application developed at my company, with over 1 million downloads. It rewards users for photographing their grocery receipts from major supermarkets.

I built the entire Computer Vision pipeline involving Optical Character Recognition and proprietary data parsing algorithms.

I also created a custom receipt labelling tool in order to build a ground truth. I later leveraged the outputs of the tool for data validation, A/B testing, and fraud detection.
